A simple and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, honey, and your choice of fruit, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, or your choice)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey.
- Fold in your choice of fruit, chopped into small pieces.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the freezer for several weeks. Use ripe fruit for better flavor and mix different fruits for variety.
