Description

A simple and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, honey, and your choice of fruit, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, or your choice)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey.
  2. Fold in your choice of fruit, chopped into small pieces.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  4. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the freezer for several weeks. Use ripe fruit for better flavor and mix different fruits for variety.
