Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Marinating longer can enhance flavor. For extra crispiness, dust chicken with cornstarch before cooking.
