  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a quarter-sized baking sheet with parchment paper, sprayed with olive oil.
  2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth, adding any preferred seasonings.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin rectangle.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the flatbread is set and golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
