Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup pancake mix
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine the mashed bananas with the pancake mix and stir gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small donut hole shapes.
- Arrange the donut holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 1 day at room temperature, or refrigerate for 3-4 days. They can be frozen for up to 2 months.
