- ¾ cup milk

- ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make Meatloaf Base: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, milk, oats, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined — do not overmix.
- Form Mini Loaves: Divide the mixture evenly into 6–8 mini loaves, or press into a greased muffin tin.
- Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Top and Bake: Spoon the glaze over each mini loaf. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Cool and Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Pairs well with mashed potatoes and green beans.
