Description
Quick and delightful snack of fluffy air fryer pretzel bites, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup baking soda (for boiling)
- Coarse salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well mixed.
- Slowly incorporate warm water and melted butter into the dry mixture, stirring until a dough starts to form.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it turns smooth and elastic. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and mix in the baking soda, stirring to dissolve.
- Boil each pretzel bite in the baking soda bath for about 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon.
- Sprinkle pretzel bites generously with coarse salt.
- Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store pretzel bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day, or refrigerate for up to 3-4 days.
